A Release and Waiver of Liability must be completed before you can volunteer or participate in the clinics or the work days. The link is below. Please print out and complete the form, and bring it with you the first clinic or work day.
Upon arrival at the Clinic or Work Site, you must sign in on the ACHFH Construction Waiver Sign In Sheet.
If you are unable attend on the day(s) you registered either for the Clinics or Work Days and need to cancel, go back to your confirmation email and click on the link to cancel. If that does not work for you, please email Donna Godbee at donna@habitataiken.org or call (803) 642-9295, option 5. Provide her with the date(s) and she will cancel your registration for those dates. This will allow Donna to confirm other women volunteers on the wait list for those date(s).
If you attempt to register for a specific date and it is full, please email your contact information and the date(s) you request to Donna Godbee at donna@habitataiken.org or (803) 642-9295, option 5 . She will contact you if an opening becomes available.
Please wear appropriate clothing and closed toe/sturdy shoes. Please do not wear any jewelry.
If you bring your own tools, make sure you have your name on each item you bring.
Please park on the Orangeburg St side of the Habitat for Humanity building.
